The brainchild of a company called Dinner4Four Co., this dinner under the stars idea first began in Eastern Canada in 2018, highlighting local venues, chef’s and ingredients as it has travelled across Canada. Arriving in Calgary in 2019, this is guaranteed to be a foodie experience to remember! Guests can choose from 3 choices off the blind menu – meat (and gluten free), seafood or vegan. The details about the dishes are not revealed until service, adding to the whimsical nature of the evening. Allergies will be accommodated when provided in advance.
Come hungry and come curious! The Spring Session – Soirée in the Valley – runs May 1-31 at Fish Creek Park. Sponsored by Desjardins and partnered with Great Events Catering, all food will be cooked on-site at Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant by Chef Jenny Kang – the Executive Chef at the Ranch, and Chef Daryl Kerr from Great Events Catering.
