I think everyone loves a good apple crisp in the fall. With a hint of color and a fresh tang from the cranberries, this one was extra delicious. And the best thing about this recipe? It is super easy (and cheap to make too)! With a good quality vanilla ice cream it makes a wonderful dessert for the family.
The fruit mix looks so pretty! I almost didn’t want to cover it with the topping… but the topping makes the crumble and that stuff is good!
Pull out the spoons! I was ready to dig in right away… There wasn’t anything in the original recipe that I’d recommend changing – and I think I ate most of it all by myself 🙂
