So… all this delicious food has caught up with me! Damn… I love food way too much! 🙁
I have quite a few friends who’ve tried the 21 day fix with Shakeology that Beachbody offers, so I thought I’d give it a shot too. Considering I’m lazy as all heck, just forcing myself to do 30 minutes of exercise every day should kick my metabolism in gear LOL.
I’ll continue to post over the next 3 weeks as I have some posts stockpiled for the occasion, but I also plan to post on some of the healthy stuff I have to eat for the program. The fundamental principle is eating clean, healthy, and portion controlled. It’s nice that I still get to eat steak and potatoes – just a lot less of them!
My ‘last supper’ was homemade lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and a big BBQ’d steak with BBQ’d asparagus spears and red peppers. It was mighty delish! Figured I’d make it a gooder, considering it would be the last time I’d be having cheesy pasta in the next 3 weeks.
